Don’t forget that you need to do this (or notify us about this) within 14 days of receiving your order! You can do this by mailing us on email@example.com, tell us your order number and your wishes so we can take action straight away.
Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the return shipment until the package has been received and processed by our returns department. So make sure to package the item(s) properly, and to save your proof of postage receipt until you receive the return confirmation email from us. Make sure we receive the return within two weeks after receiving the return label from us. It can usually take up to two weeks before a return can be received and processed.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After sending us an email you will receive a confirmation from us. You will receive a return label by email which you only need to print and attach to the package.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags, including all accessories (for example the gifts you receive). We reserve our right not to accept any return if the package is incomplete, product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO MAKE A RETURN?
You can choose to return the goods at your own expense. If you would like to receive another size we will pay the return costs for you.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive a return confirmation via email as soon as we have received your return. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed. Please make sure you keep your proof of postage receipt until you have received the confirmation email.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Absolutely! You have the same return rights for all items you order from us.
