Please note that you as the customer are responsible for the return shipment until the package has been received and processed by our returns department. So make sure to package the item(s) properly, and to save your proof of postage receipt until you receive the return confirmation email from us. It can usually take up to two weeks before a return can be received and processed.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
At every order you will find a return form. Please fill in and attach this form into your return and stick the address on your package. Don’t forget that returns are at your own expense.
Our products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags, including all accessories (for example the gifts you receive). We reserve our right not to accept any return if the package is incomplete, product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

You can choose to return the goods at your own expense.

It may take up to 14 days for a return to be received and processed. Please make sure you keep your proof of postage receipt until you have received the confirmation email.
